2026 MTN8 semi-final tickets go on sale as four teams target final place

Tickets for the 2026 MTN8 semi-finals are now on sale, with defending champions Orlando Pirates set to face Sekhukhune United and Mamelodi Sundowns drawn against Lamontville Golden Arrows.

The Premier Soccer League (PSL) made the announcement on Tuesday, confirming that supporters can buy tickets for both legs of the two semi-final ties ahead of the opening matches this weekend.

Sekhukhune United will host Orlando Pirates in the first leg on Saturday, 22 August 2026. The match will be played at Old Peter Mokaba Stadium and is scheduled to kick off at 15h00.

The other semi-final begins on Sunday, 23 August, when Mamelodi Sundowns welcome Lamontville Golden Arrows to Lucas Moripe Stadium. That match will also start at 15h00.

The return fixtures will be played one week later.

Orlando Pirates will host Sekhukhune United at Orlando Amstel Arena on Saturday, 29 August, with kick-off set for 15h00. Lamontville Golden Arrows will then entertain Mamelodi Sundowns at King Zwelithini Stadium on Sunday, 30 August, in the final semi-final match of the round. That game will also begin at 15h00.

The PSL said fans should buy their tickets in advance as the four clubs compete for a place in the 2026 MTN8 Final.

“The Premier Soccer League (PSL) has confirmed that tickets for the 2026 MTN8 semi-final fixtures are now on sale.
