Tunisian winger Nacim Dandani has been named Man of the Match after his outstanding performance against Kenya in the Group B clash in the 2025 CAF U20 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament today.
The teenager started for his country in the must-win match after they suffered a 1-0 defeat to Nigeria in their opening match at the tournament.
Nacim Dandani played 80 minutes of the game and was involved in almost all the good things that happened for his team.
He was a menace to the Kenyan defence and created many chances for his side.
For his contributions to Tunisia’s 3-1 win, he goes home with the Man of the Match award.

On the matchday, Kenya landed the first blow when Lawrence Ouma scored to give the side the lead in the 38th minute.
The Kenyan’s appeared to be heading into the break with the advantage until the final minutes when Tunisia equalised through Fares Bousnina to force the first half to end in a 1-1 stalemate.
After the break, Tunisia took control of the match and scored twice to bag the maximum points.
First, Omar Ben Ali scored in the 70th minute to give the side the lead for the first time in the match.
Five minutes to end the game, Alaedine Derbali also found the back of the net to make it 3-1 for Tunisia, earning a much-needed victory for the side.
