The Senegal national football team is currently in training in Brussels as part of their preparation for the 4th and 5th days of the World Cup qualifiers for Brazil 2014. Coach Alain Giresse is pleased with the team’s performance, stating that “it’s going rather well, the spirit is there.” The training includes two sessions per day, morning and evening, with 20 out of the 24 summoned players participating. Some players are currently absent due to various reasons, including commitments with their clubs and personal issues, but the coach hopes to have a full squad after the weekend. The team is set to depart for Luanda, Angola, on the following Thursday.
