- Enzo Francescoli – Zidane’s idol.
- Diego Maradona – Considered the strongest by Zidane.
- Johan Cruyff – Recognized as the idol of young players.
- Ronaldo (the Brazilian) – Impressed Zidane the most among players he played with.
Interestingly, Zidane cheekily included himself as the fifth legend, stating, “And finally, me for example!”
