Zayon Chtai-Telamio: Former PSG winger linked with Go Ahead Eagles move

Franco-Tunisian winger Zayon Chtai-Telamio, currently without a club after leaving Paris Saint-Germain’s youth set-up, is being linked with a move to Eredivisie side Go Ahead Eagles.

The 19-year-old left-sided attacker, born in Paris and eligible for both Tunisia and France, departed PSG’s U23 squad at the start of July and is available as a free agent. Go Ahead Eagles are understood to be exploring a deal as they look to add a right-footed option on the left wing ahead of the new Dutch top-flight campaign.

Chtai-Telamio progressed through PSG’s academy from the youth ranks to the U17s, U19s and then U23s, featuring in both domestic and European youth competitions. He made six appearances in the UEFA Youth League, contributing two goals and two assists in just under 400 minutes of action, a spell that brought him wider attention from scouts outside France.

His standout season at PSG came in 2024-25, when he was part of the club’s U19 side that won the French U19 championship, adding a national title to his resume before stepping up to the U23 level. He also gained experience in France’s National U19 set-up and appeared in the Premier League International Cup at U21 level.

Go Ahead Eagles’ interest comes at a time when Chtai-Telamio is unattached following the expiry of his stint with PSG’s U23s on 1 July 2026, leaving the winger free to negotiate with clubs across Europe. Talks have yet to progress to an advanced stage, but his status outside a contract is expected to keep him on the radar of the Eredivisie club in the coming weeks.
