Newly signed Zamalek attacker Oday Ibrahim Mohammad Dabbagh has revealed the Palestinians hold the White Castle in high esteem.
Oday Dabbagh, considered as one of the top attackers in the Belgian top-flight has joined the Egyptian giants on a four-year ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.
With his wealth of experience, he is expected to play a huge role for the club next season.
“Zamalek’s popularity is very high in Palestine, and I followed their matches last season. I follow social media, but I don’t respond to negative comments. I hope to be a good ambassador for Palestinian football, through my experience with Zamalek” he said.
“I have a strong relationship with Adam Kaid, Hamed Hamdan, and Mahmoud Wadi. Hamdan (Petrojet player) contacted me before signing, supported my decision, and encouraged me to complete the contract with Zamalek. I hope he joins the team as well. Omar Farag also advised me to join.”
The White Castles are executing an aggressive effort to augment their squad for the upcoming 2025/26 football campaign.
He enjoyed an amazing performance last term for Royal Charleroi, making 31 appearances, scoring five goals and providing one assist.
Over the past few hours, Pyramids FC entered the race to sign Palestinian striker Adi Al-Dabbagh, but Zamalek’s management successfully clinched the deal.
