Zamalek SC are set to hold a closed training camp ahead of the Egypt Cup final against Pyramids FC.
The closed camp will begin on Tuesday, June 3, and will run until match day on Thursday, June 5.
The club’s football director, Wael El-Qabbani, confirmed the decision in a statement to Zamalek’s media centre, noting that the technical and administrative teams are working closely to fine-tune the camp and training schedules to ensure optimal readiness.
He also emphasised the high morale within the squad, pointing out that the players are focused and fully committed as they approach a crucial phase of the season.
Zamalek are scheduled to play FC Pharco on May 31 in the final round of the Egyptian Premier League before turning their full attention to the Egypt Cup final.
Zamalek have competed very well in both domestic and continental competitions this season. The club is hoping to clinch the Egypt Cup to finish off the campaign on a high.
