Zamalek will begin their CAF Champions League round-of-32 tie against APR with an away match in Rwanda on Friday, 16 October, after CAF confirmed the schedule for both legs.
The first leg will kick off at 17:00 local time at Amahoro Kigali Stadium in Rwanda. The return match is scheduled for Saturday, 24 October, with kick-off at 20:00 at Cairo Stadium.
Both Zamalek and APR secured their places in the round of 32 after winning their respective previous ties.
Zamalek advanced with a 6-1 aggregate victory over Port Djibouti. They won the first leg 2-1 before completing the tie with a 4-0 victory in the second leg. Both matches were played in Cairo.
APR booked their place after overcoming Congolese club Eagles 3-1 on aggregate.
