Zamalek SC has won a significant legal battle regarding a land dispute in Marsa Matrouh.
According to the club’s legal advisor, Kamal Shoaib, the Supreme Administrative Court has issued a final ruling in favour of the club, overturning a previous decision to revoke its land allocation in the area.
In an official statement shared on its social media platforms, the Egyptian football giants announced that their legal affairs department had successfully secured the judgment, which cancels the withdrawal of land initially granted to the club in Marsa Matrouh.
The disputed land, which lies adjacent to Zamalek’s summer resort for general assembly members, will now be retained by the club.
Zamalek described the ruling as a major legal triumph for the current Board of Directors, led by Hussein Labib.
The club emphasized that this outcome reflects its leadership’s continued commitment to protecting Zamalek’s assets, resources, and long-term interests.
