Zamalek finally ended their three-year struggle against Al-Masry with a dominant 3-0 victory at Borg El Arab Stadium on Saturday.

The win also propelled the Whites to the top of the Egyptian Premier League, leaving fans buzzing with excitement.

The breakthrough came in the 30th minute when Palestinian forward Adi Al-Dabbagh finished brilliantly after a slick pass from Nasser Maher. Zamalek maintained control through the first half and repelled early pressure from Al-Masry. The visitors had chances, including a near-miss from Salah Mohsen, but could not find the net.

Belgian coach Yannick Ferreira’s side extended their lead in the 64th minute through Omar Jaber, who capitalized on a well-placed pass from Alvina. Substitutions strengthened the squad, keeping Al-Masry on the back foot.

The match ended with a dramatic moment in the 90th minute. A penalty awarded after Mohamed Hashem’s red card was calmly converted by Abdullah El-Said to seal the hat-trick. Zamalek now tops the table with 13 points, two ahead of Al-Masry, who suffered their first league defeat this season.
