Egypt: Ayman El Ramadi embraces Zamalek SC challenge ahead of Ceramica Cleopatra clash

Tensions are rising in Zamalek as players grow increasingly frustrated with head coach Ayman Al-Ramady over an abrupt training change.

According to a club source, Al-Ramady ordered a last-minute move to the sub-stadium at the Air Defence Stadium, effective immediately for two days.

“Ayman Al-Ramady made an urgent decision to move training to the sub-stadium at the Air Defence Stadium, starting today for two days,” the source revealed to Kooora.com.

Players were reportedly caught off guard, with several already at the main club headquarters when the update was delivered.

“This decision angered the players, as they felt that it was announced too late, after some of them had already arrived at the club’s headquarters to prepare for training,” the source explained.

Despite the backlash, the coach’s goal is to prepare the team in peace before their crucial clash against Pharco.

“Al-Ramady wants to provide an atmosphere of calm and focus for the players before the Fargo match, and the training will be held in two shifts, the first at 9am and the second at 6pm,” the source added.

Zamalek sit third in the league with 44 points; Pharco are seventh with 32.
