Zamalek finalise squad for 2026-27 season under Moataz Gamal
Zamalek technical director Moataz Gamal has reportedly finalised his squad for the 2026-27 season, with several key players retained as the Egyptian giants prepare for the new campaign.
Gamal has included a number of notable names in his plans, including experienced midfielder Abdullah Al-Saeed, Juan Bezerra and Chico Panza.
The squad also features a strong defensive contingent, with Mahmoud Bentayk, Omar Gaber and Ahmed Fatouh among the players expected to form part of Zamalek’s options at the back.
The club have also maintained depth in midfield and attack as they look to compete on multiple fronts during the season.

Goalkeepers: El Mahdi Suleiman, Mohamed Awad, Mohamed Sobhi, Mahmoud El Shenawy.
Defenders: Omar Gaber, Mohamed Ibrahim, Mahmoud Bentayk, Ahmed Fatouh, Ahmed Khodary, Ahmed Esho, Mohamed Ismail, Mahmoud El Wensh, Mostafa El Zenary, Ahmed Hossam, El Sayed Osama.
