The sixth round of the Egyptian League promises drama with Zamalek and Al Masry set to headline Saturday’s action at Borg El Arab Stadium.

Al Masry leads the table with 11 points, just one ahead of Zamalek, adding more weight to the clash.

Tunisian coach Nabil El Kouki has guided Al Masry to an impressive start, with players like Khaled Sobhi, Ahmed Eid, and Mido Gaber earning national team calls. The squad’s strength lies in Salah Mohsen, Algerian pair Abdel Rahim Daghmoum and Mondher Tamine, and new recruit Kingsley Edu, supported by Omar Al Saai and defensive leader Baher El Mohammadi.

Zamalek, led by Belgian coach Yannick Ferreira, is eager to bounce back after losing to Wadi Degla. Missing Mohamed Shehata through injury, Ferreira looks to the firepower of Chico Panza, Juan Alvina, and Adi Al Dabbagh, backed by Abdullah Al Saeed and Nabil Emad Dunga.

Elsewhere, Al Ahly hosts Enppi in Cairo on Sunday in their first outing under interim coach Emad El Nahhas. With new football director Walid Salah El Din on the bench, the champions are desperate to restart their season.
