The board of directors of Egypt’s Zamalek Football Club has ramped up its financial incentives for players ahead of the clash against Renaissance Berkane in the CAF Confederation Cup final.
According to reports from Egyptian media outlets on Wednesday, Zamalek’s management, in a meeting with the players, has set a motivational financial reward of 4 million Egyptian pounds for triumphing over Renaissance Berkane and clinching the CAF Cup for the second time in its history, following their initial African Cup victory.
Zamalek is set to travel to Morocco tomorrow, Thursday, via a regular flight at Mohammed V International Airport to face Renaissance Berkane in the first leg of the Confederation Cup final in Morocco next Sunday at 10:00 PM local time.
The return leg will take place in Cairo, where Zamalek will face Renaissance Berkane, and it is anticipated that Cairo International Stadium will witness full attendance due to the significance of the match.
