AC Milan are preparing to part ways with Yunus Musah and Samuel Chukwueze as the club plans a summer squad revamp.
Both players have struggled to live up to expectations since joining the Rossoneri and are now seen as potential sources of transfer income according to Calciomercato.com
Musah, the American-born midfielder of Ghanaian descent, has shown flashes of promise but lacked consistency throughout the season. His erratic displays have raised questions about his future at San Siro. Despite that, he remains a target for several clubs, with Napoli under new coach Antonio Conte reportedly keen. Interest is also building from Ligue 1 and the Premier League. Musah, 20, made his Champions League debut against Newcastle on September 19, 2023, coming off the bench in the 72nd minute.
Chukwueze’s time in Milan has been equally underwhelming. Signed for €20 million from Villarreal last summer, the winger’s value has since dropped to around €12–15 million. Real Sociedad and Real Betis are monitoring him closely. He scored his first Milan goal against Dortmund on November 28, 2023.
