Former Egyptian international referee, Jamal Ghandour, has sent a heartfelt message of support to football star Mohamed Salah following the recent criticism after Liverpool’s decision to bring him back to England for rehabilitation following an injury sustained during the Ghana match in the second round of the Africa Cup of Nations.

I feel for you.

Your destiny is evident in your hard work and dedication.

You’ve made history, surpassing the past and challenging the present, making it tough for the future.”

Ghandour continued, “Your destiny has turned you into a legend of Egyptian football.

You’re at the summit, and every now and then, you soar higher, creating a significant distance between you and anyone else.”

He concluded by advising Salah not to be disheartened, urging him not to succumb to destructive opinions.

“You are Egyptian, and you love your country. Endure for the sake of your nation, and be assured that all of Egypt loves you.”
