RSC Anderlecht are being linked with a move for SV Elversberg centre-forward Younes Ebnoutalib, according to transfer data suggesting interest from Belgium in the 22-year-old.

The German-Moroccan striker, currently valued at €1.50m, is listed as a rumoured target for the Jupiler Pro League side, with the move framed as a potential switch from 2. Bundesliga club Elversberg to Anderlecht. The reported probability of the transfer is not specified, underlining that discussions, if any, remain at an early and uncertain stage.

Ebnoutalib is contracted to Elversberg, but his history of short stays and previous spells without a club means future free agency cannot be ruled out if negotiations or contract talks were to stall. No agreement or timetable has been documented, and there is no indication of a fee being agreed between the clubs.

Born in Frankfurt am Main on 13 September 2003, the 1.91m right-footed forward represents both Germany and Morocco at nationality level and operates primarily as a centre-forward. His career path has taken him through several clubs and youth systems, including FC Kalbach Jugend, SV Heddernheim, SG Red-White Frankfurt at various age groups, SV Wehen Wiesbaden U17 and a move to Italy with Perugia Primavera before stepping up to AC Perugia’s senior side.

A brief spell without a club in early 2024 preceded his switch to FC Gießen and then Elversberg, where his market value has risen sharply, climbing from €150,000 in early 2025 to its current €1.50m listing by October of the same year. That rapid increase is likely to be a key factor in Anderlecht’s reported interest, with the Belgian club often targeting emerging talents with resale potential.

Should a move eventually materialise, a transfer to Anderlecht and the Jupiler Pro League would represent the most high-profile stage of Ebnoutalib’s career so far and could prove a significant step in shaping his reputation and long-term prospects in European football.
