Yazid Ait Moujane switches to Le Puy FC after FC Rouen exit
Morocco-France defender Yazid Ait Moujane has joined Le Puy FC from FC Rouen 1899 on a free transfer. The 25-year-old right-back completed the move on 13 August 2026, remaining in France’s third tier with his new club.
Ait Moujane is a right-footed full-back who was born in Le Mans and stands 1.74m tall. He moves to Le Puy after two seasons with Rouen, having arrived at the club from FC Martigues in August 2024, also on a free transfer.
His switch gives Le Puy a defender with experience across the French lower divisions. Ait Moujane has made 64 appearances in Ligue 3, scoring once and registering three assists. He has also played in the Coupe de France, where he has one goal and one assist from eight appearances.
Before joining Rouen, Ait Moujane spent the 2023-24 season with Martigues after leaving Paris 13 Atletico. He had moved to Paris 13 Atletico from Stade Lavallois in 2022, continuing a senior career that began after his development with Stade Laval’s reserve and under-19 sides.
Ait Moujane has also been part of a French third-tier championship-winning team during his career. His arrival at Le Puy keeps him in the same division while adding a player whose previous experience includes more than 60 Ligue 3 appearances.
The transfer continues a sequence of free moves for the defender, who has changed clubs without a fee in each of his moves from Paris 13 Atletico to Martigues, Martigues to Rouen, and now Rouen to Le Puy.
Ait Moujane’s transfer to Le Puy FC was completed on 13 August 2026.
