Yann Gboho leads Ligue 1 dribbling harts
Yann Gboho has emerged as Ligue 1’s most prolific dribbler this season, topping the standings with a commanding lead over his rivals.
The Toulouse winger has completed 60 successful dribbles in the 2025–2026 campaign, placing him comfortably ahead of the rest of the division.
His closest challenger, Matthis Abline of FC Nantes, has registered 42, leaving a significant gap between first and second place.
Gboho, who plays for Toulouse FC, has built his reputation on pace, close control and an ability to beat defenders in one-on-one situations.
The 60 dribbles recorded so far underline his attacking influence and consistency over the course of the season.
Behind Abline in the rankings is Florian Thauvin of RC Lens with 40 dribbles, followed by Mason Greenwood of Olympique de Marseille on 38. Julio Enciso of RC Strasbourg has 35, while Arsène Kouassi of Lorient has reached 30.
Ilan Kebbal of Paris FC sits on 29. Bradley Barcola and Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, both representing Paris Saint-Germain, have each recorded 28 successful dribbles. Diego Moreira of RC Strasbourg follows with 27.
Further down the list, Kevin Danois and Lassine Sinayoko, both of Auxerre, have each managed 26, alongside Danny Namaso of the same club with 25.
Warren Zaire-Emery of Paris Saint-Germain has 24, matching the tallies of Koffi Kouao of Metz, Ayyoub Bouaddi of Lille and Amine Sbai of Angers.
Nuno Mendes of Paris Saint-Germain, Mamadou Sangare of RC Lens and Matías Fernández of Lille have each completed 23 dribbles so far this season.
Born in Man, Ivory Coast, Gboho previously represented France at youth international level. Despite his involvement with France’s junior sides, he remains eligible to play for the Elephants at senior level.
His performances in Ligue 1 this season have not only placed him at the summit of the dribbling chart but have also reinforced his status as one of the division’s most dynamic wide players.
With a clear advantage over his nearest rival, Gboho’s ability to unsettle defences continues to distinguish him in France’s top flight.
