Yaniss Abdallah: Franco-Moroccan midfielder joins APM Metz on free transfer from Blois Foot 41
Franco-Moroccan midfielder Yaniss Abdallah has joined APM Metz from Blois Foot 41 on a free transfer. The 22-year-old central midfielder makes the move within French football after leaving the Blois-based side at the end of his spell there.
Abdallah, who is comfortable operating in the centre of the pitch, links up with his new club ahead of the upcoming campaign as APM Metz reshape their squad. The deal is a permanent switch after his departure from Blois Foot 41, with no transfer fee involved.
Born in 2004, Abdallah represents both France and Morocco at nationality level and arrives with experience of the domestic game following his time at Blois. His move gives APM Metz an additional option in central areas, where he is expected to compete for a place in midfield.
The transfer was completed on 15 July 2026, confirming Abdallah as one of APM Metz’s summer recruits as they prepare for the new season.
