Tanzanian heavyweights Young Africans (Yanga) have reportedly entered the competition to acquire the services of Ghanaian forward Jonathan Sowah, who is currently attracting significant interest from multiple clubs.
Sources close to the former Medeama marksman indicate that both Yanga and Singida Black Stars are keen on bringing the talented player to Tanzania from his current base in Libya.
Sowah had initially been on the verge of joining Singida Black Stars, having reached an agreement on personal terms, with only the signing remaining.
However, he has since decided to decline that move, leaving his future open to new opportunities, particularly with Yanga and South Africa’s Kaizer Chiefs also in pursuit.
The Ghanaian forward’s decision regarding his next steps remains uncertain, as he has yet to finalize any contract with Singida Black Stars.
With interest from multiple teams, including the prominent Kaizer Chiefs, the situation surrounding Sowah’s transfer is dynamic, and any developments could unfold rapidly in the coming days.
With prior experience at Medeama SC and Al-Nasr SC, Sowah is positioned to make a significant impact at whichever club he decides to sign for.
