French-Algerian centre-forward Yacine Bousnina has joined Ste. Genevieve on a free transfer from L’Aumone. The 31-year-old moves across the French lower leagues to link up with the National 2 Group H side after a year with L’Aumone in Group D.

Bousnina, who stands at 1.90m and plays primarily through the middle, arrives with extensive experience at National 1 and National 2 level. He has featured more than 160 times across France’s semi-professional tiers, scoring over 40 goals in the process.

The Le Chesnay-born forward spent last season at L’Aumone, having also switched there on a free from AS Chatou in 2025. His latest move continues a career built largely in the Ile-de-France region, where he has become a familiar name in the attacking ranks of several ambitious clubs.

Earlier in his career, Bousnina had a productive spell with OFC Les Mureaux, where his goalscoring form in National 2 helped establish him as a reliable presence at this level. He later featured for Entente SSG and CO Les Ulis, adding National 1 Group B experience to his CV before further stints in National 2.

Comfortable leading the line and operating as a traditional target forward, the right-footed attacker brings height and a track record of consistent game time, having logged well over 11,000 minutes across his senior career in the French pyramid.

Bousnina’s move to Ste. Genevieve, completed on 22 July 2026, is a permanent free transfer from L’Aumone.
