Wydad goalkeeper Abdelali El Mohammadi returns from injury after long absence

Wydad Athletic Club have received a timely boost ahead of their upcoming league encounter against Hassania Agadir after goalkeeper Abdelali El Mohammadi returned to full training.

The shot stopper rejoined group sessions this week following a lengthy spell on the sidelines due to injury, giving Wydad additional options ahead of an important fixture in the Moroccan Professional League.

First Appearance Since Confederation Cup Clash

Tuesday’s training session saw El Mohammadi participate normally with the rest of the squad after successfully completing his recovery process.

The goalkeeper has been absent from competitive action for several weeks, with his last appearance coming during Wydad’s clash against Olympique Safi in the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup quarter-finals at the Mohammed V Complex.

Wydad Prepare for Hassania Agadir Test
