The 26-year-old midfielder becomes the second Bolivian to join Wydad, following his compatriot Moises Benkawa, who arrived last week and closely followed the team’s recent match against Maniema Union in the third round of the group stage.
Ramiro Vaca, who primarily operates in midfield, has previously played for clubs such as The Strongest in Bolivia and Beerschot in Belgium, before joining Bolívar, where he gained both local and continental experience and impressed with his technical abilities.
Vaca’s signing is part of Wydad Athletic Club’s strategy to bolster its squad during the winter transfer period.
