Wrexham consider move for Crystal Palace winger Rak-Sakyi
Ghanaian-English winger Jesurun Rak-Sakyi is being linked with a move from Crystal Palace to Wrexham.
The 23-year-old right winger returned to Palace at the end of May after a loan spell at Stoke City, and his future at Selhurst Park is now the subject of transfer speculation. Wrexham, who play in the Championship, are reported as the club interested in signing him from the Premier League side.
Rak-Sakyi joined Stoke on loan on 2 February 2026 and was back at Palace on 31 May. It was his latest temporary move after earlier loan spells with Turkish club C. Rizespor and Sheffield United.
Palace signed Rak-Sakyi from their under-21 set-up in July 2022. He has made eight Premier League appearances for the club, alongside seven EFL Cup appearances, contributing one assist in the latter competition.
The winger has also gained significant experience in the Championship, recording 10 goals in 49 appearances, while his League One record stands at 15 goals and eight assists in 43 matches. He was the Premier League 2 top scorer in 2021-22 after scoring 18 goals.
Rak-Sakyi’s current market value is listed at €6m, and his Crystal Palace contract runs until 30 June 2027. Any move to Wrexham would therefore require the clubs to reach an agreement over a transfer, with the rumour currently unconfirmed.
