World Cup 2026: Yan Diomande ignores PSG and Liverpool rumours to focus on Ivory Coast

Ivory Coast winger Yan Diomande says his full concentration remains on the 2026 FIFA World Cup despite increasing transfer speculation linking him with some of Europe’s biggest clubs.

The highly rated RB Leipzig attacker has attracted major attention following an outstanding 2025/26 Bundesliga campaign, with both Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool reportedly monitoring the Ivorian youngster ahead of the summer transfer window.

“I don’t have the internet, Instagram, ‌TikTok and that kind of thing, so regarding the discussions with ‌my club it’s my agent that does that,

“It’s a great chance to play at the World Cup and I want to make the ‌most of that. I remain focused on that ⁠and I really want to ‌enjoy this World Cup as much as possible,” Diomande said.

The winger’s calm response comes amid intense speculation surrounding a possible blockbuster move away from RB Leipzig after his rapid rise in European football.
