The Moroccan national team will wrap up its preparations for a crucial Group C encounter against Haiti with a final training session in Atlanta this evening, ahead of their decisive match scheduled for tomorrow.

The Atlas Lions arrived in Atlanta earlier this week and immediately held their first training session at Kennesaw State University, where all players took part. The technical staff used the early session to focus on recovery work while also beginning tactical preparations for the final group stage fixture.

Final training session to shape starting lineup

Morocco will return to the same university facilities today for their last training session, set for 5:30 p.m. local time, which corresponds to 10:30 p.m. Moroccan time.

Head coach Mohamed Ouahbi will use this final workout as a key opportunity to fine tune his tactical approach and make final decisions on his starting eleven ahead of the meeting with Haiti.

Group C standings remain finely balanced

Morocco heads into the final round of Group C with four points, level with Brazil, who currently top the group on goal difference. Scotland sits in third place with three points, while Haiti remain bottom of the table without a point.

The Atlas Lions boosted their qualification chances by collecting four points from their opening two matches, starting with a 1-1 draw against Brazil before securing a narrow 1-0 victory over Scotland.

A positive result against Haiti could potentially secure first place in the group, depending on the outcome of the other final group match between Brazil and Scotland.

Knockout stage within reach for the Atlas Lions

With qualification to the round of 32 now within reach, Morocco approaches their final group stage match with determination to finish strongly and maintain momentum in their 2026 FIFA World Cup campaign.

The team remains focused on securing progression and continuing what has already been a promising run in the tournament.
