Ruud Krol, the newly appointed coach of Tunisia, unveiled the list of players who will face Cameroon in the first leg of the 2014 World Cup playoffs on October 13. Krol made some changes compared to the previous lists under former coach Nabil Maaloul, who resigned after the defeat against Cape Verde.

- Forwards: Sami Allagui, Anis Ben Htira, Issam Jemaa, Wahbi Khazri, Amine Chermiti, Yassine Chikhaoui, Wissem Yahia, Saber Khalifa
The absence of Khalifa due to suspension was confirmed later on, but his name remains on the list.
