While several national teams have already announced their lists for the upcoming fixtures, Togo’s situation remains unclear. The only recent information is that Didier Six is reportedly demanding nearly €100,000 for salary arrears, rent costs, and invoices for prospecting in Europe. However, these claims are refuted by the authorities.
Players have reportedly not received invitations for the June matches against Cameroon and Libya. With only one point in three matches, Togo’s chances of qualifying for the World Cup are becoming increasingly slim.
