Wissam Abu Ali is expected to link up with Al Ahly’s squad in Miami tomorrow as preparations ramp up for their clash against Inter Miami in the Club World Cup.
Abu Ali is currently on international duty, representing Palestine in a 2026 World Cup Asian qualifier against Oman today. Once the match concludes, he will depart immediately on a Qatar Airways flight, heading straight to join his club teammates in the United States.
A source close to the team told Kooora that the forward will not participate in tomorrow’s training session after his arrival but will take the field the following day to train with the rest of the squad.
“Wissam Abu Ali will train the day after tomorrow with the team and will be ready to lead the attack against Inter Miami in the Club World Cup, scheduled for dawn on 15 June,” the source said.
The coaching team is monitoring his condition during the international match, hoping he avoids injury ahead of the high-stakes tournament fixture.
