William Nguea Mandengue: Franco-Cameroonian winger signs for US Feurs after spell without club

Franco-Cameroonian winger William Nguea Mandengue has joined US Feurs after a spell without a club, completing a move that brings the 23-year-old back into French football with the National 2 side.

Mandengue, who operates primarily as a left winger and stands at 1.92m, has signed on following his departure from Genets Anglet, where he most recently played before becoming unattached in 2025. His arrival adds attacking depth for US Feurs as they prepare for the new National 2 – Group F campaign.

Born in Rouen on 2 May 2003 and eligible for both France and Cameroon, Mandengue has built up experience in the French lower leagues and abroad. Before his stint with Genets Anglet, he featured for Spanish side Bullense after joining them from Alberes Argeles in November 2023 on a free transfer.

Mandengue’s earlier career included time with Plabennec B, having stepped up from CMS Oissel’s youth ranks in 2021 following a move from QRM’s under-17 set-up. His development began in the academy at Stade Brest, from where he first moved into the Normandy-based QRM system.

Used predominantly on the left but preferring his right foot, the forward has also accumulated minutes in France’s National divisions, making appearances across National 1 Group A and National 2 Group B earlier in his career. That experience in senior competition provides a foundation as he looks to re-establish himself with US Feurs.

The move confirms Mandengue’s return to club football, with the winger now registered as a US Feurs player for the 2026-27 season.
