Widad Temara bring in Morocco midfielder Fahd El Kaaba

Morocco midfielder Fahd El Kaaba has joined Widad Temara from El-Mansour on a free transfer, strengthening the Botola Pro Inwi club’s options in central midfield.

The 22-year-old completed the move on 3 August 2026 and has signed a contract running until 30 June 2028. El Kaaba was born in Rabat and has spent the early part of his senior career in Moroccan football, with his latest switch taking him to a club competing in the country’s top division.

El Kaaba made seven appearances in the Excellence Cup during his most recent recorded campaign, scoring twice and providing one assist. He also played five times in Botola Pro Inwi, completing 224 minutes of league football.

His move to Widad Temara follows a two-year spell with El-Mansour. He joined that club from Touarga Reserve in August 2024, also on a free transfer, before making the next step in his career this summer.

Widad Temara will be El Kaaba’s latest club in a career that has so far remained within Morocco. His central midfield role provides a clear outline of the position he will compete for after arriving from El-Mansour.

The transfer adds another chapter to El Kaaba’s progress since moving into senior football. His appearances across domestic competitions have included both cup and league action, with his two Excellence Cup goals representing his most notable attacking return in the recorded statistics.

Widad Temara have secured the services of the Rabat-born midfielder without a transfer fee, while El Kaaba’s agreement with the club is in place until June 2028.
