Ghana international Mohammed Kudus is poised to return to action for West Ham United after completing a five-match suspension.
The 24-year-old midfielder was sent off during West Ham’s 4-1 loss to Tottenham on October 19, following an altercation in which he slapped and pushed two opposing players.
Initially handed a three-match ban, his suspension was later extended to five games, and the English FA imposed a £60,000 fine.
Kudus’ suspension sidelined him for crucial Premier League fixtures against Manchester United, Everton, Newcastle, Arsenal, and Nottingham Forest.
During his absence, the Hammers struggled, managing just one victory—a win over Newcastle United—in the five-match stretch.
His anticipated return ahead of the clash with Leicester City offers a timely boost for West Ham manager Julen Lopetegui, who faces mounting pressure as the team navigates a demanding December schedule.
Before his suspension, Kudus had scored twice in eight league appearances this season, and his presence on the field will be crucial as West Ham aims to regain momentum.
