WBA: BENINESE SESSEGNON PRAISED BY HIS COACH

West Bromwich Albion coach Steve Clarke has expressed admiration for Beninese international Stephane Sessegnon, highlighting the player’s artistic style and impact on the pitch. In an interview, the Scottish coach shared his delight with Sessegnon’s performances, emphasizing the joy he brings to the fans when he plays.

Clarke described Sessegnon as an artist, the kind of player that captivates the audience with his ball skills and the ability to transform the course of a match. He expressed satisfaction with Sessegnon’s adaptation to the team’s playing style and conveyed hope for his continued stellar performances throughout the season.

Stephane Sessegnon made the move to West Bromwich Albion during the last summer transfer window from Sunderland. In joining WBA, he reunited with familiar faces Nicolas Anelka and Morgan Amalfitano, whom he already knew from their time in Ligue 1 in France. Notably, Sessegnon holds the distinction of being Sunderland’s biggest transfer in history. Clarke’s praise reflects the positive impact Sessegnon has had on the team and his integral role in their playing style.
