Morocco head coach Walid Regragui is set to name his squad later this month for the national team’s upcoming international friendlies against Mozambique and Uganda.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) confirmed that Regragui will brief the press on Friday, 7 November, at 11 a.m. at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Salé.

Both fixtures are scheduled for the Ibn Batouta Stadium in Tangier, with kickoff at 8 p.m. The Atlas Lions will take on Mozambique on 14 November, before facing Uganda four days later.

The matches form part of Morocco’s build-up to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, which the country will host from 21 December 2025 to 18 January 2026.

Drawn in Group A alongside Mali, Zambia and Comoros, Regragui’s side faces a diverse set of opponents in the tournament’s early stage.

The November friendlies provide a timely opportunity for the coach to evaluate player form, experiment with tactical options and strengthen team cohesion ahead of the continental showpiece.
