Walid Dhouib: Franco-Tunisian winger leaves Suduva and becomes free agent

Franco-Tunisian winger Walid Dhouib has left Lithuanian side Suduva and is now a free agent after his departure from the Top A Lyga club was finalised on 15 July 2026. The 19-year-old right winger, who is left-footed, will now be available to join a new team following the end of his spell in Marijampole.

Dhouib moves into free agency with an estimated market value of €50,000 after a short stint at Suduva. He joined the club earlier in 2026 from fellow Lithuanian outfit DFK Dainava, having made the step up from youth and development football in recent seasons.

Born in Levallois-Perret, France, and standing at 1.91m, Dhouib represents both Tunisian and French nationality. His physical profile and preferred role on the right flank have seen him operate as an attacking wide player, cutting in from the wing onto his stronger left foot.

Before arriving in Lithuania, Dhouib came through the youth ranks at Saudi Arabian side Al-Ahli at youth level, later moving to Portugal with Rio Ave’s under-19 team. He left Rio Ave for DFK Dainava in 2025 on a free transfer, again switching clubs without a fee when he later joined Suduva.

Dhouib’s exit from Suduva marks the latest step in a career that has already taken him across four countries by the age of 19, with his status now formally confirmed as without a club following the 2026 summer window move.
