Waleed Daebs, the owner of Future Club, has revealed the club’s stance on Nasser Maher’s potential transfer, the key playmaker of the first football team, to Zamalek during the ongoing winter transfer window.
Speaking in a telephone interview on the “Al-Laeeb” program broadcasted on MBC Egypt, Waleed Daebs stated, “We don’t object to Nasser Maher’s move to Zamalek.”
He added, “We choose to collaborate with popular clubs, as long as this collaboration benefits Future and is in the player’s interest.”
Daebs emphasized, “We have no objection to Nasser Maher moving to the White Castle, but after reaching an agreement on all financial details.”
He confirmed, “This matter will not be finalized until Zamalek resolves the registration crisis, especially since they have not submitted any official offer so far.”
Regarding Omar Kamal Abdulwahid’s joining Al Ahly, Daebs remarked, “Omar Kamal’s first preference was to move to Al Ahly, and the interest of Modern Future Club was one of the reasons for the player’s transfer to the Red Team.”
He added, “Al Ahly has stood by Modern Future Club since its establishment until today and has never interfered with any player.
Therefore, Omar Kamal’s deal is, in part, a gesture of gratitude to Ahly.”
These statements from Waleed Daebs shed light on the club’s open-minded approach to player transfers, emphasizing collaboration with various clubs, and the acknowledgment of Al Ahly’s support over the years.
The negotiations surrounding Nasser Maher’s potential move to Zamalek remain contingent on resolving financial aspects, emphasizing the meticulousness required in finalizing such significant football transactions.
