Vireak Zogbe: Phnom Penh Crown sign centre-back on free transfer from Visakha FC
Phnom Penh Crown have completed the signing of centre-back Vireak Zogbe from Cambodian Premier League rivals Visakha FC on a free transfer.
Zogbe, 30, joins the reigning capital club as a right-footed central defender, adding experience and physical presence at 1.85m tall. Born in Kodiakro and holding both Cambodian and Ivorian nationality, he moves with a current market value of around 75,000.
The transfer continues a busy two-year spell for Zogbe, who has been on the books of several Cambodian top-flight sides as well as spending time in Thailand. He moved to Visakha in July 2024 from Prey Veng FC, then had a loan stint with Thai club Police Tero FC from January to June 2025 before returning to Cambodia.
After coming back to Visakha in mid-2025, Zogbe was loaned out to Nagaworld FC for the 2025-26 campaign and returned there again at the end of that loan. His latest switch to Phnom Penh Crown follows that spell, keeping him in the Cambodian Premier League while changing colours once more in the capital.
Zogbes market value has risen in the past year, climbing from 50,000 at Nagaworld in late 2025 to 75,000 by May 2026, underlining his status as an established defender in the division. Earlier in his career he had notable periods with Boeung Ket and Nagaworld, becoming a familiar figure in the domestic game.
The move to Phnom Penh Crown marks the next step in a long-running Cambodian Premier League career for the experienced centre-back.
