Vincent Kompany praises Michael Olise’s maturity and attention to detail

Vincent Kompany has heaped praise on Michael Olise, highlighting the Bayern Munich winger’s meticulous approach to his craft and even likening his mentality to that of Kevin De Bruyne.

The Belgian coach believes Olise’s obsession with getting every detail right is what sets him apart at the top level.

“Olise is simply obsessed with attention to detail. He always does things his own way,” Kompany said, reflecting on the 24-year-old’s daily work habits. “I also worked with Kevin De Bruyne, and he was the same — obsessed with detail. I see the same in Michael.”
