Vierzon FC sign Comoros-France winger Soiyir Sanali
Soiyir Sanali, the Comoros and France winger, has joined Vierzon FC after spending the previous season without a club.
The 24-year-old right winger moves to the French side on 1 August 2026 and will play in National 2 Group H. No transfer fee has been disclosed for the move.
Sanali last played for Luxembourg club Progres Niederkorn, whom he joined from SO Romorantin in July 2023. He left Niederkorn at the end of the 2024-25 season before returning to football with Vierzon.
The forward has experience across several levels of the game in France and Luxembourg. His record in the BGL Ligue stands at 24 appearances, two goals and three assists, while he has also made 24 appearances in National 2, scoring six goals and providing two assists across spells in the competition.
Sanali began his senior pathway with Mont-de-Marsan before moving to SO Romorantin in January 2023. He had joined Mont-de-Marsan after a period without a club, following his time with Spanish side Jupiter Leones.
Earlier in his career, Sanali spent a season with CyD Leonesa Under-19s after leaving Stoke City Under-23s. He had progressed into Stoke’s under-23 setup from the club’s Under-18 team, having started his youth career with Amiens.
Born in Poissy on 20 January 2002, Sanali stands at 1.69m and is naturally right-footed. His primary role is on the right side of the attack, giving Vierzon an experienced option in the wide areas as they prepare for the new National 2 campaign.
He has also featured in European qualifying, making three appearances in the Uefa Europa Conference League qualifying rounds, and has played in the Coupe de Luxembourg.
Sanali’s career includes a mixture of French domestic football, Luxembourg competition and youth football in England and Spain. His move to Vierzon brings that experience back to France, where he will continue his career with the National 2 club.
Sanali is now a Vierzon FC player.
