The teenage sensation continues to rewrite history at Barcelona despite still being under the age of 19. After only three seasons with the first team, Yamal has already won three consecutive La Liga titles, becoming the first player in the club’s history to achieve such a feat at such a young age.
In addition to his league triumphs, the Spanish youngster has also lifted the Supercopa de España and the Copa del Rey, further cementing his reputation as one of the brightest emerging stars in world football.
Speaking during the celebrations, Yamal expressed his deep appreciation for the unwavering support of Barcelona fans throughout the season.
“It’s truly unbelievable. The fans are always on our side, whether in big matches or even in less important moments. This club is our life, and we will always be here for them because we love them so much,” he said.
The young forward also emphasised the importance of valuing every title won after the difficult years Barcelona experienced in recent seasons.
“We have to give each title its true value, because winning is not easy. We have been through very difficult years, but now we are enjoying what we are experiencing. Today may be an ordinary workday in Barcelona, yet you will always find the fans here to support us,” Yamal added.
The Barcelona star also reiterated his ambition to bring the UEFA Champions League trophy back to the club, confidently promising supporters that another European celebration parade would eventually arrive.
“A Champions League celebration parade? It will definitely happen,” he declared.
Yamal also recalled Barcelona’s painful Champions League exit against Atlético Madrid earlier this season, repeating a promise he made after the defeat.
“My parents taught me that a man’s word is his bond, and that’s why I say it again… We will bring the Champions League back to Barcelona.”
