Victor Osimhen has hit a major milestone with Galatasaray, scoring his 50th goal for the Istanbul giants in all competitions.
The Nigerian striker reached the landmark in the 19th round of the Turkish Süper Lig, netting in a 3–1 away win over Karagümrük to continue his prolific form.
With this strike, he surpassed Mauro Icardi’s club record for the fastest route to 50 goals since 2001, achieving it in just 59 matches compared to the Argentine’s 68.
During the 2024–25 season, Osimhen delivered an exceptional return, registering 37 goals and 8 assists in 41 appearances across all competitions, including 26 league goals that earned him the Süper Lig golden boot as top scorer.
His impact extended deep into Galatasaray’s domestic success, most memorably in the Turkish Cup final on 14 May 2025, when he scored twice in a 3–0 victory over Trabzonspor to secure the club’s 19th triumph in the competition.
Now beyond the 50-goal mark and still central to Galatasaray’s attack, Osimhen’s numbers firmly underline his status as one of Europe’s most lethal centre forwards.
