Victor Osimhen linked with Bayern Munich move from Galatasaray

Victor Osimhen, the 27-year-old Nigerian centre-forward at Galatasaray, has been linked with a move to Bayern Munich.

The proposed transfer would take the striker from Turkey’s Super Lig to the Bundesliga, with the rumour currently carrying a 26% probability. Osimhen’s market value is listed at €75m, a figure that provides an indication of the scale of any potential deal between the clubs.

The speculation comes while Osimhen remains under contract with Galatasaray until 30 June 2029, meaning the Turkish club would not be facing an immediate risk of losing him as a free agent. Any move would therefore require agreement between Galatasaray and Bayern, although no transfer has been confirmed.

Osimhen’s position as a centre-forward is the only playing role attached to the rumour. Bayern are the club named as his possible destination, while Galatasaray are the club he is currently registered with.
