VfB Stuttgart are reportedly interested in acquiring Ivorian central defender Emmanuel Agbadou as part of their efforts to bolster their defensive lineup. The 27-year-old has been a regular starter for Stade de Reims this season, featuring in 12 of the club’s 13 Ligue 1 matches, maintaining a starting rate of 92%.
Agbadou, who extended his contract with Reims until June 2028 last September, is valued at €9 million by Transfermarkt.
He currently earns €1.18 million annually, equivalent to 767 million FCFA. Stuttgart’s interest in the player comes as they seek a reliable defender to strengthen their squad.
As Reims prepare for their upcoming match against Strasbourg, Agbadou’s future remains under scrutiny, with Stuttgart among the clubs showing keen interest.
