Morocco secured a commanding 3-1 victory over Tunisia in a lively U20 Africa Cup of Nations clash at the Suez Canal Stadium in Ismailia on Wednesday afternoon.

The win sees the Atlas Cubs finish top of Group B with seven points, sealing their place in the quarter-finals alongside Nigeria.

Ayman Arguigue broke the deadlock for Morocco just before halftime, finishing neatly in the 43rd minute after a clever assist from Fouad Zahouani. Tunisia responded with determination early in the second half, finding an equalizer through Anis Doubal.

However, Morocco regained control late in the game. Ismail Bakhty put them back in front with a composed strike in the 86th minute. Jones El-Abdellaoui then added the finishing touch, slotting home in stoppage time (90+2) to seal an impressive win.

With this result, Morocco finish first in the group, ahead of Nigeria who ended with five points after a draw against Kenya. Tunisia, third with three points after three games.
