They lost 0-1 to Italy and are currently in 3rd position in their group. The first half ended goalless, with Ivory Coast having a chance to take the lead, but the Italian goalkeeper stopped Bedia’s shot. In the second half, Italy’s Luca Vido scored the only goal of the match (46th minute), and despite Ivory Coast’s efforts in the last 45 minutes, they couldn’t equalize. Ivory Coast will face Uruguay in their next match on Sunday.
