President Kais Saied of Tunisia has conveyed a message of encouragement to the Tunisian national football team and all members of the delegation as they embark on their journey to the African Cup of Nations hosted in Cote d’Ivoire.

The Tunisian Football Federation, in a statement released on Sunday, revealed that Wasef Jlel, the Vice President of the Tunisian Football Federation, received a telephone call from Prime Minister Ahmed El-Hachani.

The call served as a conduit for a message directly from President Kais Saied to the footballers representing Tunisia on the continental stage.

The President’s message was a resounding call to the national team players and all members of the Tunisian delegation, urging them to spare no effort in honoring Tunisian sportsmanship and proudly raising the national flag high during the African Cup of Nations.

Expressing confidence in the ability of Tunisian youth to meet challenges on the grandest international stages, President Saied emphasized the importance of bringing joy to every Tunisian citizen through their athletic achievements.

The message resonated with a sense of national pride and a call for unity through sports.

Vice President Wasef Jlel, acting as the emissary of the President, personally conveyed the message to the players, coaching staff, and all individuals part of the Tunisian delegation.

The President’s appeal was clear: to present the best image of Tunisian sportsmanship and determination, symbolizing the spirit of the nation on the prestigious platform of the African Cup of Nations.

As the Tunisian national team readies itself for the challenges ahead, the resonating words from President Kais Saied serve as a powerful motivator, fostering a collective sense of purpose and national pride as they set their sights on the continental football spectacle in Cote d’Ivoire.
