Tunisian centre-forward Zied Soussi has joined US Ksour Essef from SC Moknine on a free transfer, completing his move on 15 September 2026.

The 33-year-old attacker returns to Union Sportive de Ksour Essef after leaving SC Moknine, where he had played since joining from Stade Gabesien in August 2025. Soussi’s move to his new club is the latest in a series of transfers between Tunisian sides during his career.

Soussi has played primarily as a centre-forward and is left-footed. His recorded Ligue 1 appearances include 23 matches, while he has also featured in the Tunisian Cup and the Ligue Professionnelle 1 relegation competition. He has registered three assists in Ligue 1, alongside one goal and one assist in the Tunisian Cup.

Before his time with SC Moknine, Soussi spent the 2024-25 season at Stade Gabesien, having arrived from the same club he had represented earlier in his career. He previously played for EM Mahdia and EO Sidi Bouzid, joining both clubs on free transfers.

His career has also included a spell outside Tunisia with Valletta FC in Malta. Soussi signed for Valletta from Jendouba Sport in December 2018, helping the club win the Maltese championship during the 2018-19 season. He later left Valletta in July 2019 and joined EO Sidi Bouzid as a free agent several months later.

Soussi began his senior career with ES Sahel after progressing from the club’s under-21 side. He also spent time on loan at Hammam Sousse during the 2015-16 season before returning to ES Sahel, and subsequently moved to US Monastir in 2016.

The forward’s latest transfer takes him from SC Moknine to US Ksour Essef without a fee, with the move recorded on 15 September 2026.
