Tunisia line up friendly game against Brazil in November
Tunisia have scheduled an international friendly against Brazil during the November international break as part of their build-up to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
The fixture, set for 18 November at a yet-to-be-confirmed venue in France, will serve as key preparation for the Carthage Eagles ahead of the continental showpiece, which kicks off in December in Morocco.
The match will rekindle memories of their 2022 encounter, when Brazil cruised to a 5-1 victory, a game marred by controversy after a supporter hurled a banana at forward Richarlison, sparking widespread condemnation.
Reports further indicate that the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) is finalising arrangements for another high-profile friendly against Senegal.
The two sides last met in 2023, when the Lions of Teranga stunned the five-time world champions 4-2 at the Estádio José Alvalade in Lisbon.
