Troyes weigh up move for Inter midfielder Yanis Massolin

Yanis Massolin, the French-Algerian attacking midfielder at Inter, has been linked with a move to Troyes in Ligue 1.

The 23-year-old has yet to make an appearance for Inter in Serie A this season, with the club having played one possible league game by 24 August. His lack of first-team involvement has coincided with speculation over a move to France, although there has been no confirmation that negotiations are under way.

Massolin returned to Inter on 30 June after a loan spell at Modena. He joined the Italian club from Modena in February 2026 in a deal worth €3.5m, but spent the remainder of that season back with the Serie B side before returning to Inter in the summer.

The midfielder’s current market value is listed at €4.5m. A move to Troyes would represent a return to French football for a player who began his senior career with Moulins-Yzeure before joining Clermont Foot in 2022.

Massolin remains under contract at Inter until 30 June 2030. Inter compete in Serie A, while Troyes are the club linked with signing him in Ligue 1.
